WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT A JET SKI?
You must be 21 years old or older to rent a jet ski. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
DO I NEED A BOATING LICENSE?
It depends on which location you choose. For certain rentals, guests born after December 31, 1982 may need a valid boating license or approved boater education certificate. For our Colorado River / Bullhead City experience, a boating license is not required. Please advise us before booking so we can help place you in the best option.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?
Your rental includes the jet ski, life jacket, safety briefing, and local riding tips.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
Yes. The maximum weight capacity is 450 lbs for 1 rider and 600 lbs for 2 riders.
IS FUEL INCLUDED?
No, fuel is not included. You will refuel the jet ski before returning to the dock.
CAN I BRING MY OWN LIFE JACKET?
Yes, you may bring your own Coast Guard-approved life jacket if you prefer.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Sunglasses, sunscreen, a towel, swimwear, and a valid ID. We also recommend a waterproof bag. These items are also available at our location.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
CAN I RENT MORE THAN ONE JET SKI?
Yes! You can rent multiple jet skis. Group discounts are available.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHERE I CAN RIDE?
Yes, all riders must follow Lake Mead boating rules and stay within the designated riding areas.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY RENTAL?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for check-in and safety briefing.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP OR BACHELOR PARTY PACKAGES?
